Extract the archive and start IU0VYT Flash.exe. It uses the WebView2 component, already present in an up-to-date Windows 10 and in Windows 11.

What it does

A single tool to program, convert and update the radios of 44 brands (Baofeng, Bajeton, Quansheng, Retevis, Radtel, Radioddity, TIDRADIO, TYT, Hiroyasu, Talkpod, Puxing, Feidaxin, Wouxun, AnyTone and others), designed for radio amateurs and for PMR446 radio users.

Channels and frequencies

Reading and writing via cable of 451 models, including digital PMR and DMR radios, also via USB. CHIRP-compatible .img files and the original files of the K67 Pro (.xlc) and of the Bajeton 8300 (.dat).

Radio settings

Menus, display, VOX, squelch, TOT, DTMF, keys and more for 396 models, with an explanation of every item and a confirmation for the sensitive ones.

Identify the radio

Connect the radio: the program recognizes it and shows make, model, firmware and, for DMR radios, ID and name. With automatic identification you just connect the cable: the program listens to all the ports, also recognizes several radios together and those turned on later, and opens their tabs; for another radio there is the «Identify Radio» button. Without writing anything to the radio.

Universal converter

The channels of any radio or file (K67, Bajeton, CHIRP images, CHIRP CSV, Excel) in the format of any other radio, adapted to its rules.

Italian repeaters

Archive based on the updated list by IK2ANE, with filters, automatic names, compatibility check and direct insertion into the radios.

Firmware update

Firmware of 57 models with the protocols of the official programs, file check and backup copy.

Model gallery

489 radios of 44 brands divided by type (amateur, DMR, GMRS/FRS, PMR446, for children) and by brand, with search and links to the official programs and manuals.

In 11 languages

Besides Italian, the program is available in English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Arabic: choose the flag next to «Info» and the whole program changes language instantly. Guide and information translated in the lingue folder of the package.

Backup copy

Before every write the program saves the contents of the radio and afterwards checks that the data were written correctly.

Always up to date

At every start the program checks whether there is a newer version and downloads it from this same releases page.

HOW TO PLAY

How to use

You need a PC with Windows 10 or 11 and the radio's programming cable.

Download and extract

Download IU0VYT.Flash.zip from this page and extract the archive into a folder. There is nothing to install.

Start and choose the radio

Open IU0VYT Flash.exe and, from the 📻 Models tab, choose your radio or use 🔎 Identify.

Connect and program

Connect the cable, press Read from radio, edit channels and repeaters and write everything to the radio.

The complete guide is in the file GUIDE.txt of the lingue/en folder included in the package (Italian original: LEGGIMI.txt).
